The property was very clean and the cleaning staff seemed to be constantly busy. The staff, especially the young receptionist with glasses from the other side of Italy, were very nice. The location of the hotel was amazing, being very close to the ski lifts and everything within walkable distance. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was nice and clean as well. It was convenient to have breakfast at the hotel, even though the quality of the breakfast was questionable and bland.

We loved the hotel's location, just a 10-minute walk away from the ski slopes. The hotel staff provided excellent service and arranged breakfast bags for cyclists participating in the Tour du Etape. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the daily fresh towel service.

our recent stay in sestriere was incredible, but our stay at a small hotel exceeded all expectations. the staff went above and beyond to make our family holiday memorable, offering free parking, delicious breakfast, and even a discount on ski rentals. we were thrilled with the cleanliness of the rooms and the amazing view.

Noise from hallway was bothersome.

Located near the lifts, the hotel offers a great base for skiing. Although a little too far for some to walk, there is a shuttle bus available for free. The rooms are kept clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. At breakfast, there is a wide selection of foods, including fresh bread, cheese, boiled eggs. The restaurant offers tasty, typical dishes with a daily changing menu and dessert table, although bottled water must be bought. Plus, the hotel is just opposite to the gondola, and this provides an excellent view of the mountains.

The sauna is too expensive to use, costing 10 euros per visit.

The Hotel Biancaneve in Sestriere exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent - we felt like we got a lot for what we paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the fresh towels provided daily, everything was taken care of. The location on the edge of Sestriere was also a plus, as it gave us easy access to both the slopes and the town. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
